Mr. van Driel holds a masters degree from the Technical University of
Delft where he specialized in fuel cell technology. He received his MBA
degree at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam where his thesis dealt
with fuel cell based micro cogeneration systems. After some years in
project management (amongst others in East Europe) Mr.van Driel served
as the general manager of the European subsidiary of a leading fuel
cell company. |
Mr. Smolenaars has served in several SME's in Europe with
responsibility for setting up new production facilities in countries
such as India, China, Belgium, etc. More recently he was responsable
for marketing and sales at a Dutch natural gas research institute and
for global marketing of fuel cell based cogeneration technology at a
USA-based fuel cell company. He is one of the founders of the company
and besides his activities at HyGear he is Chairman of the Dutch
Hydrogen Association and Treasurer of the European Hydrogen Association. |
