HyGear offers standard products as well as specials, usually elaborated through contract based development projects.
The range of standard products for on-site hydrogen generation covering a range from 5 to 250 Nm3/h. Standard systems use natural gas as fuel and deliver hydrogen with a purity of 99.999% at a pressure of 6.5 bar.
Hydrogen
generators can be applied for supply of high purity hydrogen to
industrial end-users for instance in the glass industry, metal
industry, electronics industry and food production. Standard systems
available are:
- HGS-V (5 Nm3/h of hydrogen)
- HGS-L (50 Nm3/h of hydrogen)
Larger sizes are made by cascading the reforming reactor of the HGS_L.
This way hydrogen generators with a capacity up to 250 Nm3/h
are manufactured. These tailored products are just as the HGS-V and
HGS-L supplied with CE-certificate and one year full warranty.
Based on the proven reforming technology, special
solutions, mostly for fuel cell applications are elaborated at
customer’s spcification. This is usually done with a certain level of
exclusivity in contract based development projects
