17. August 2007 - HyGear exhibits at Härterei Kolloquium in Wiesbaden, Germany

From 10 to 12 October 2007 HyGear will exhibit at the exposition of the Härterei Kolloquium, a conference and exhibition with focus on heat processes for metal treatment. In the new energy business the on-site generation of hydrogen has been fully accepted as supply method of choice. The new technology of small scale steam reforming has come to such level of maturity that now also the industrial end-users start to grow interest in this new opportunity of generating their own hydrogen. An important driver is that on-site generated hydrogen is a lot cheaper then trucked in bottles or tube trailers, due to the fact that unnecessary compression and transportation are avoided. Since these form the largest part of the gas bill, the advantages are obvious. Avoiding compression and transportation leads also to up to 50% reduction of CO2 emissions, which is another important issue for many industrial end users as it can help them to achieve their CO2 reduction targets. At the Härterei Kolloquium HyGear will communicate about these advantages to the end-users in the heat treatment business.
